The Annexe at The Down House is a self-catering apartment available by the week and for short stays of
2 or more nights according to season, for 1 or 2 people.
The Annexe adjoins our Edwardian family home on the outskirts of Winchester and combines comfort, attractive surroundings and excellent transport links. It is an ideal base for professional visitors and holiday makers alike.
Inside its own front door, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room with TV/DVD, a downstairs loo and, if required, a stair lift.
The bedroom upstairs is exceptionally spacious and has views of the garden and fields. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and bath.

We are ... on the Northern perimeter of Winchester about 1¾ miles from the city centre.
We can be reached by car from the A34 (Newbury, Oxford, the Midlands) in under 5 minutes and from the M3 (London and Southampton) in a few minutes more.
The railway station is 1½ miles away and serves London
(1 hour), Southampton (+ its airport), Portsmouth,
Bournemouth and Weymouth (under 2 hours).
